We Can Week is a celebration that aims to increase children’s understanding of their physical and mental well-being. The week being held 14th – 18th February hopes to help schools in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight support children and young people.

New research commissioned by Energise Me shows 70% of young people in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight have positive feelings towards physical activity. Many young people see a correlation between being active and improving their mental health.
