Accessible & Inclusive Futures – Turning Data & Insight into Action

June 16 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

Free digital session to support attendees to build understanding and confidence in using data & insight to address inequality.

Session Purpose:

Sport England and Inclusive Employers are hosting this session to build understanding and confidence around the use of data and insight to address inequality in sport and physical activity. The session showcases how community‑rooted groups fill gaps left by mainstream sport and offers practical strategies to embed this learning into organisational insight work.

Aims:

Supporting partners across the sport and physical activity landscape to:

  • Understand the role of alternative and parallel sport organisations in tackling exclusion, noting why inclusive environments matter.
  • Identify the leadership, design, and community‑centred traits common to successful “bright spot” organisations.
  • Critically assess how current data represents or obscures the experiences of under‑served groups.
  • Appreciate the human context behind the numbers.

This session will be facilitated by Inclusive Employers as a space where all participants (NGBs, Active Partnerships, community organisations etc.) can discuss, ask questions, problem solve together about how they will create real change in their area and develop actions to take away.

Book your free place on Eventbrite.
