Energise Me projects start with a simple problem or idea. But the communities we work with decide where we take it from there.
Often we work with people who do fewer than 30 minutes of physical activity a week. We help them gain confidence to try new things. But they do it on their terms.
At the other end of the scale, we also support young athletes to thrive in a competitive environment. These are our future Olympians who will inspire others to go for gold.
