Using real-life examples, this FREE course will explore your current activity offer, and identify changes that could be made to help meet your existing members needs and reach new people to help your organisation grow.

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

• Identify what constitutes a great participant experience.
• Review your current participant experience.
• Consider changes and actions to enable everyone to have positive experience in your activities.

This course will be delivered in a workshop format. This is a live virtual classroom facilitated by a Buddle tutor. The tutor will share information and there will be interactive ways to engage.
