Having previously worked for local authorities and leisure providers, Sophie has strong local knowledge and sports development skills. She leads on our insight work and workforce strategy.
Being physically active outdoors is important to Sophie. She loves a lunchtime power walk that gets in 2 or 3 of her active 10s. Her weekends often include a long country or coastal walk. And when the evenings are lighter, out comes the bike!
Sophie also enjoys spending time with family, the cinema, travelling, and going to world-class sporting events.
