Time To Network – You As A Leader

Explore the core principles of effective leadership within the sports and physical activity sector. This session offers a platform for sharing experiences, exploring leadership strategies, and honing your skills to inspire and empower others in your organisation and the challenges you face.

What will you achieve?

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

  • Identify key leadership qualities and apply them to your role and organisation.
  • Look at what great leadership looks like for you in your organisation.
  • Develop strategies to motivate and guide you to become the best leader you can be.
  • Explore best practices in leadership within the sports and physical activity community.

This might be the session for you if…

  • You hold a leadership position or aspire to become a leader within your organization.
  • You are keen on enhancing your leadership skills and learning from others in similar roles.

How much does it cost to attend?

The cost of this course is free.

Who can attend? (Requirements)

People that attend this course should:

  • Represent a club or community organisation based in England.
  • Be at least 16 years of age.
  • Be able to communicate effectively in English.

To access the course virtually, you must have:

  • Access to a laptop/tablet. A smartphone is accepted but functionality may be limited.
  • Access to a positive learning environment with limited distractions

How is the course delivered?

This course will be delivered in a workshop format. This will involve a live virtual classroom facilitated by a Buddle tutor. The tutor will share information and there will be interactive ways to engage.

Face to Face courses can be requested by partner organisations through our course organiser page.

How long is it?

The course lasts for a maximum of 1.5 hours. Please see our forthcoming events to understand the dates and formats available.
