A brand new app to help people with long term health conditions get active has launched this Autumn. Designed alongside experienced physiotherapists the free app helps people with a range of conditions.

We understand that living with a long term health condition means no two days are the same. We Are Undefeatable is a campaign supporting people with a range long term health conditions to be active, whether you’re just getting started, returning to activity or looking to try something new

Moving more doesn’t mean you need fancy equipment. There are many ways to be active that don’t cost any money. Whether it’s 5 minutes in the kitchen or 15 before bed, We Are Undefeatable has lots of inspiration and tips to help you find free activities that you enjoy and are comfortable with.

And this autumn they’ve launched a brand new We Are Undefeatable app. From individual on-demand workouts tailored to you, to virtual group sessions led by a live host – all you need to get moving is now in one convenient place!

The app is completely free to download and use, with workouts co-designed with award winning health tech provider, Good Boost and developed by trained and experienced physiotherapists.

You can also join in with virtual group sessions with a live host and track your progress using tools in the app.

Plus, to make it even more accessible, the app is available in seven of the most spoken languages in the UK, including Punjabi and Polish.

The app allows you to find a workout that is flexible and based on how you feel today.
