We Are Undefeatable Hampshire Network

We connect individuals and organisations who want to support people with long-term health conditions to move more.

The We Are Undefeatable movement supports people with a range of long-term health conditions. It encourages people to find ways to be active that work with their conditions, not against them.

The Hampshire network is a chance to join forces and learn from one another. Together, we aim to help more local people find a way to move that works for them.

How does the network work?

We run 2-3 events per year in central Hampshire locations. The events are free to attend and provide opportunities to network, learn and plan joint activities.

The events offer:

  • Practical examples of what’s working/not working, nationally and locally
  • Insight into motivations and barriers for people living with long-term health conditions
  • A supportive space to tackle problems and think about how we can support people with long-term health conditions

In between events, we’re capturing local stories to feature in We Are Undefeatable.

Who is it for?

The We Are Undefeatable Hampshire network is open to anyone who is passionate about supporting people with long-term health conditions, including:

  • Charities and support groups who work with people with long-term health conditions
  • Health professionals
  • Individuals who are responsible for engaging local communities in physical activity and sport
  • Anyone who wants to join the We Are Undefeatable movement

How do I find out more about events?

All events are published on our events and courses page. Or you can sign up to our e-news to be one of the first to hear about all local training and events.
