Revenue Generation Consultant (Hampshire RFU)

Hampshire RFU is seeking a Revenue Generation Consultant to help community rugby clubs unlock new income streams, build sustainable partnerships, and maximise the use of their facilities.

Hampshire RFU is the governing body responsible for overseeing the development, governance, and sustainability of rugby across Hampshire. With 43 clubs, 1,900+ volunteers, and 11,100+ registered players, Hampshire RFU plays a crucial role in supporting rugby at all levels.

• Location: Remote, with regular in-person visits to clubs across Hampshire
• Contract: Self-employed consultancy contract (outside IR35), 312 days at £160 per day plus reasonable expenses
• Duration: 18 months initially, with potential to extend

In this role, you will lead on driving revenue growth for selected Hampshire community rugby clubs by:

• Developing sponsorships and partnerships
• Enhancing operational efficiencies and cost management
• Supporting clubs to strengthen their commercial performance

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead and deliver revenue growth plans for each club
• Develop and manage club event and facility calendars
• Build and maintain excellent client and partner relationships
• Introduce KPIs to track progress and impact
