Who leads the walks?

All walks are led by trained volunteer walk leaders. They are there to ensure the route is safe. The council publishes walk distance and time estimates so you know what to expect before you set off.

If you’d like to take part, all you have to do is come along to the start point of one of  the walks. Turn up a few minutes early, so that a walk leader can give you a registration form to complete. Then you’re free to take part in as many walks as you like, as often as you like
