There are 19 Walking for Health walks to choose from in Portsmouth. Take in city, coastal and country paths and enjoy the varied surroundings on a free health walk.

The City Council coordinates the Walking for Health scheme in Portsmouth. All the walks are free to attend and there are walks for all levels of ability.

Who leads the walks?

All walks are led by trained volunteer leaders. They are there to ensure the route is safe. The council publishes walk distance and time estimates so you know what to expect before you set off.
