Previously Head of Sport for Hampshire County Council (HCC), Julie led our transition out of HCC and into the newly established independent charity.
Julie brings strong sports leadership and cross-sector experience from both the public and private sectors. She forged creative partnerships across Culture, Media and Sport during a 6-month secondment to Culture South East. Julie’s commitment to collaboration is evident in our whole systems approach to building happier, healthier and stronger communities.
A keen squash player, Julie is passionate in her belief that physical activity and sport can change people’s lives.
