Aimee Cadman, Health Officer

Aimee studied Psychology at the University of Bath, focusing on health psychology and behaviour change. She has worked as a research assistant, a well-being activities coordinator at a care home, and as an employability and skills coach.

Swimming is her favourite physical activity among yoga, pilates and running and she’s keen on trying wild swimming someday. She rediscovered her passion for running through Park Runs and post-work jogs whilst listening to music and podcasts.

She is currently translating her skills into the health sector and is passionate about her efforts to combat inactivity. Aimee firmly believes that everyone should have the opportunity to feel capable and energised, moving in a manner that benefits their bodies and minds.
