We are looking for someone with a passion and proven track record of working with young people. They will apply their facilitation experience and artistic practice to play a key role in the delivery of The Agency’s weekly sessions, the evaluative process and wider aims of this ground-breaking initiative.
The Agency is a creative entrepreneurship programme that puts power in the hands of young people to take on issues that matter to them. It uses a creative process to support 15 to 25 year olds to develop social change projects which are based on their interests as well as the needs of their communities.
This is a hugely exciting time to join The Agency. Having run successfully since 2013 in London and Manchester, and more recently in Belfast and Cardiff. It’s now well established and entering its 5th year running in Southampton.
If you are a confident communicator and facilitator with experience of using your artistic practice in leading arts-based community workshops and a desire to make a real difference to the lives of young people, we’d love to hear from you.
