Energise Me is a charity with a goal to create a happier, healthier and stronger future for local people. We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team to lead The Agency in Southampton.
The Agency is a creative entrepreneurship programme that puts power in the hands of young people to take on issues that matter to them. It uses a creative process to support 15 to 25 year olds to develop social change projects. It helps them explore their desires and respond to the needs of their communities.
This is a very exciting time to join The Agency. It’ll be our third year of delivery in Southampton. But the 10th anniversary of the national programme that started in London and Manchester back in 2013. Find out more about the story so far on YouTube.
If you are great at organising projects, have brilliant people skills and a passion to make a real difference to the lives of young people, we’d love to hear from you.

You are asked to answer a small number of questions that relate to the day to day responsibilities of the role and the person specification.
