You will plan and support the delivery of projects to enable the team, stakeholders and organisations to achieve the 5 goals in the We Can Be Active strategy.
The role is a part of the Energise Me health team. You will work closely with the Head of Health and Strategy and the Health Manager to make it easier for people with long term conditions to move more.
The passion of the team wanting to help others is infectious and motivating.
