There is an exciting opportunity to lead, coordinate and support a newly established team of Community Wellbeing Workers, people recruited from their communities to assist in improving the health and wellbeing of residents across those communities.

The role combines workforce development, service delivery and health improvement, with responsibility for mentoring and supervising staff, assessing performance, sharing best practice and contributing to the development of new ways of working.
