Kick start your 2020 with Red January
The end of the festive period along with the cold, dark evenings can leave us feeling low. The Energise Me team has decided to take part in Red January to have a healthy, positive and active start to the new year. Why not join us and challenge yourself to get active every day, your way.
It’s easy to get involved. Choose your favourite activity, set a goal and sign up here. Join a community of REDers who are helping MIND take a step forward for everyone living with mental health problems.
Whether you choose to run, swim, cycle or go for something completely different and untraditional, it’s up to you.
Last year we followed the footsteps of some local people taking part in Red January. It was brilliant to hear how physical activity had an impact on their lives.
