DESCRIPTION:Project 500 Wellbeing and Networking event.\n\n\nJoin us for a networking and well-being event on the 10th  September in Basingstoke.  This is open to all female members of the Physical Activity Workforce. No matter if you are an instructor\, coach\, leader or volunteer – join us for a great afternoon! \nWith 2 brilliant guest speakers and the chance to network with each other this will be an afternoon not to be missed! \nSophie Burton   \nSophie will be joining us to chat about the importance of building relationships with our participants/athletes\, how we can better support them\, ensure we and our sessions are person focused and of course\, knowing Sophie….squeezing a bit of data in! \nRobert Powell \nRob will be joining us to chat to us about the importance of not only looking after our participants but ourselves as members of the workforce! How we deal with injuries and long term health conditions along with recovery both physically and mentally. \nRob says\, ‘As a Soft Tissue Therapist working with a wide range of clients; those who live to compete\, live with chronic pain or are living with a terminal illness.   \nI am blessed to get more quality time with clients to explore and address some issues than they usually get with other healthcare professionals. It never ceases to amaze me what we can achieve with good listening and some therapeutic touch.  \nThis event is for the female workforce either living or working within Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
