This webinar will share latest research into the motivations, challenges and barriers teenage girls experience in trying to be active. It will also support you to devise practical marketing solutions to help attract and retain teenage girls in physical activity and sport.

Who will be leading the workshop?

This workshop will be delivered by Alex Marshall. Alex has worked as a senior leader in the sport, culture and leisure sectors and was most recently the Deputy CEO and Director of Campaigns and Engagement for Women in Sport. Her background is in marketing and communications and she has worked on several award-winning campaigns.

Alex is the founder of Spot The Gap, a communications and employee experience consultancy. She is a mentor for The Girls Network and a member of the Hampshire F.A. Inclusion Advisory Group.
